Please read the below section carefully before placing your order. If you do not agree with this policy please do not submit your order until you have discussed the issues with us first.
VR Casts will accept returns in the follow circumstances:

- If the item/s do not match the item description or sample
- If you changed your mind and the item/s are in their orginal unopened packaging
The item/s then can be exchanged for another one or a different item/s up to the same value, if the item/s did not match the description and/or sample. If you have changed your mind, then you are able to exchange the item for a different item/s up to the value of th orginal item/s or opt to recieve a gift card to the value of the item/s.
VR Casts will pay for the return postage and packaging of the item/s only if the item doesn't match the description and/ or sample. Please post or email a copy of the receipt for the postage with the item. If you have changed your mind then it will be up to you to return the item/s. We will pay for the new item/s to be posted.
VR Casts do not charge a restocking fee.

Postage and Handling
Postage will be applied to all orders this includes online, email, mail and phone orders. All our orders are sent by Australia Post. It is calculated at a flat postage rate based on the total amount of your purchase.The following is the price ranges and cost.

$10.00 to $30.00 = $6 P&h
$30.01 to $70.00 = $9 P&h
$70.01 to $120.00 = $12 P&h
$120.00 and upwards = FREE!

Packaging
We use POSTpak Padded Bags or equilevent. The postal bags are extermely strong and have a light weight buble lining making them ideal for packing items that require some protection from impact. These bags are both Australian Made and suitable for kerbside paper collection and recycling.
For large items and orders we use POSTpak Mailing boxes or equilevent as they provide your contents with more protection than a standard satchel. These boxes are also 100% recyclable at the end of their useful life.
Foam packing peanuts may also be use to pack you items.
